Job Overview
The Mutual Funds Processing team is hiring a Custody Operations Analyst 1 to support trading and processing activities across Mutual Fund Trading, Money Market Trading, New Account Setup, and Corrections Processing.
Responsibilities- Complete time‑sensitive, detail‑driven tasks that support daily trading activity and account maintenance.
- Manage Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking (WCIB) client accounts and products of various types and sizes.
- Provide technical, industry, process, and troubleshooting support to operation specialists within the unit.
- Deliver day‑to‑day deliverables, develop solutions based on subject expertise, and occasionally represent the department at a broader level.
- Accountable for the completion of daily processing activities and the identification and minimization of risk in the control environment.
- Apply independent judgement and decision making; in some cases, provide supervisory responsibilities.
- Two years or more of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems (SEI/Trust 3000, SWP), procedures, and various products or services.
- Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
- Customer‑relation skills, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles that affect WCIB business lines and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
