Job Overview
U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to support the Fund Administration team. This role will prepare and review financial statement filings and other financial information, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review financial statements including statements of assets and liabilities, schedules of investments, statements of operations, statement of changes in net assets, statement of cash flows, accompanying footnotes, and tailored shareholder reports.
- Prepare support packages for client shareholders and the SEC to comply with GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with SEC, GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Maintain internal controls over financial reporting.
- Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess their impact on reporting processes.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis for senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide training and technical guidance to new staff regarding changes in regulations and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
- One to two years of related work experience.
- Minimum college level degree in accounting or finance and CPA certification or candidacy preferred.
- Experience in Fund Administration, investment company financial reporting or related field (public accounting preferred).
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, Regulation S‑X, and investment company financial reporting best practices.
- Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial reporting systems (e.g., Unity Financials, Bloomberg, EagleSTAR).

Salary Range$60,435.00 – $71,100.00.
