Banking Advisor III

Position Overview

As a Banking Advisor III in PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Milwaukee, WI and St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on providing guidance to high‑net‑worth clients on credit and cash‑management solutions, building relationships with internal and external partners, and ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and sales growth.

PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

• Identify and provide guidance on appropriate credit and cash‑management solutions for current and prospective clients.
• Meet with internal and external clients to introduce and sell AMG banking products and services.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners, clients, and COIs.
• Make day‑to‑day decisions on AMG banking transactions to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non‑credit banking products and services.
• Manage and monitor a book of business to ensure client satisfaction, client retention, and sales revenue expansion.
• Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with current banking policies and regulations.

• University or college degree (bachelor’s preferred) with 5+ years of industry‑relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial management, portfolio management, and sales processes.
• Excellent client relationship management, decision‑making, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance.
