Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)
Location:
Milwaukee
The Senior Financial Analyst is an individual contributor role within the Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) Finance team. You will oversee multiple reporting processes and analyses. It provides finance business partnering support to Global Marketing and Global Portfolio Engineering. Additionally, it contributes to transversal GSM HQ finance activities, including month-end close, forecasting, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
You will play an important part in driving financial insight, supporting investment decisions, strengthening financial governance, and allowing process simplification across the GSM organization.
You will provide an opportunity for an experienced finance professional to broaden exposure across GSM HQ activities and partner with senior partners. You will support internal career development and progression within the Finance organization.
You will report to SR. Manager financial.
Your Responsibilities- Be a Finance Business Partner to Global Marketing and Global Portfolio Engineering teams, supporting strategic and operational decision‑making.
- Lead the Global GSM CAPEX review process, including financial evaluation, tracking, and performance analysis.
- Be a GSM Internal Controls contact, supporting internal control requirements, audits, and Risk & Control Assessments (RCA).
- Support global GSM month‑end close activities, including accruals, variance analysis, and explanations of actuals versus forecast and AOP following US GAAP.
- Contribute to forecasting cycles, rolling outlooks, and AOP processes for GSM HQ functions.
- Prepare and deliver clear financial analysis for senior partners, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Develop ad‑hoc analyses and respond to business inquiries related to performance, investments, and spending.
- Guide automation, simplification, and standardization of financial reporting processes.
- Collaborate across regions, functions, and time zones within a global, matrixed organization.
- You Will Have
- Bachelor's degree required;
Finance or Accounting preferred. - Business partnering and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into applicable business insights.
- Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and influence team members.
- Continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical capability.
- You Might Also Have
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or related roles.
- Fluency in Excel.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle EPM, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
