U.S. Bank is seeking a Custody Operations Analyst 2 to manage and oversee Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking client accounts and products. The analyst supports incoming asset transfer activity within a high‑performing operations environment, reviewing, processing, and executing transfer requests with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process incoming asset transfer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct research and analyze transfer situations to ensure proper execution and risk mitigation.
- Communicate professionally with internal partners and external institutions to coordinate transfer activity.
- Anticipate next steps and provide updates or required information to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, service level expectations, and quality standards.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to documentation improvements and procedural enhancements.
- Support ongoing team initiatives focused on service model consistency and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong organization and time management to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- May be required to provide supervisory responsibilities and apply independent judgment and decision making based on area of expertise.
- Three years or more of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services for an assigned area.
- Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
- Strong customer‑relations, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles affecting Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking business lines and clients.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Pay Range: $66,640.00 – $78,400.00 (the actual range may differ based on location).
