FP &A Manager

Our client is an organization in the greater Milwaukee area looking for an FP&A Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 7+ years of FP&A experience, great interpersonal skills and has large manufacturing experience. The salary for this position is $130k-150k + Bonus.

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Lead the coordination of financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Lead the progression of forecasting, both internal and external.
• Investment analysis and progress investment commitments.
• Manage process on current forecasting process.
• Compile benchmarking to understand performance relative to competition.
• Develop and maintain complex business financial models to use financial planning and forecasting.
• Drive credibility in the output at all levels.
• Coordinate the financial plan schedule.
• Develop relationships to establish best practices from enteral finance teams.
• Work closely with plant finance leads to understand activity and impact results.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.

The FP&A Manager will possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field.
• 6+ years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
