Work Model
You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at the designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday-Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.
Position OverviewThe Senior Manager of FP&A will be responsible for FP&A processes across the assigned Division, and partner closely with Divisional and Segment leadership teams to provide key analyses, recommendations and tracking of both short term and long term strategic initiatives, operational improvement projects and other business priorities.
This role will partner closely with stakeholders across PES NA and Division to identify and drive efficiency improvements in reporting and forecasting, and the enhancement of systems and tools to enable insightful business analysis. This position requires a "hands on", detail oriented and results driven person, who will serve as a trusted business partner for BU/Division/Region Senior leadership.
The individual will have visibility to executive leadership throughout the Segment which, combined with the wide business perspective offered by this roll, will benefit from an accelerated career path.
Key Responsibilities- Ownership of monthly/quarterly divisional forecasting with focus on standard work and improved efficiency/accuracy inclusive of monthly revenue forecast process at SKU/product level to support organic above-market growth
- Primary support for Annual Operating Plan and Strategy processes
- Provide key analyses and recommendations on strategic and other executive projects with ad-hoc reports that enables business assessments at a glance and support strategic decision making
- Guide and support across Plant Finance teams with focus on forecast accuracy, productivity and inventory rightsizing across the Division plants
- Lead Division SG&A forecast process driving cost transparency across key North America functions and focus on cost reduction opportunities;
Provide monthly variances to forecast and hold cost centers accountable to results - Actively engage and drive project execution to meet strategic and operational objectives as part of a project team, supporting with business acumen and both financial and operational analysis
- Build strong relationships across Commercial, Supply Chain, SIOP, Operations and Product Management teams to facilitate strategic finance business partnership in order to deliver Division results and long term initiatives
- Act as business partner to BU/Product Management for organic profitable growth. Activities include (but are not limited to): analysis of customer level / SKU level / Product-line profitability for insights and actions, support and tracking of price realization, pricing analysis and New Product Development business cases.
- With a continuous improvement mindset and ability to influence, identify opportunities for system enhancements and technology adoption that leverages process automation, machine learning and AI across the finance function and wider organization
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience within a large manufacturing organization.
- Excellent communication skills;
Effectively Interacts at all levels of the organization with ability to influence resources outside one's direct responsibility. - Strong analysis skills to identify business trends, with ability to review transactional detail (as needed) to support problem solving.

- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Oracle and/or One Stream is a plus. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
