Credit Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Credit Analyst in Milwaukee, WI.

Summary:

The Credit Analyst supports global credit operations by assessing customer risk, managing credit exposure, and ensuring alignment with company policies. This role works across multiple regions and supports informed decision-making tied to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Credit Analyst will conduct credit reviews for new and existing customers across global markets

* Analyze financial statements, payment behavior, and risk indicators

* Recommend credit limits and payment terms

* Monitor portfolio activity and escalate risk concerns

* As a Credit Analyst, you will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve credit issues

* Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation

* Support reporting on exposure, aging, and portfolio trends

* Assist with process improvements and use of analytics tools

REQUIREMENTS:

* 2 to 4 years of experience in credit analysis or financial risk

* Experience in a manufacturing or global business environment preferred

* Strong analytical and financial interpretation abilities

* Solid communication and organizational skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities

Technical

Skills:

* SAP or similar ERP system

* Advanced Excel

* Power BI experience is a strong plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
