Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Credit Analyst to join their team. As a Credit Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Credit Department supporting financial operations and customer relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem‑solving abilities, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

Pay Range: $22-$24
Shift: 1st What's the Job?
- Contact customers to collect past due invoices and resolve billing issues.
- Set up new customers in the system, verifying address, tax exemption status, and invoice delivery details.
- Spot check customer orders for accuracy, ensuring purchase orders match billing and shipping information.
- Confer with clients to verify financial and credit transactions, resolving any disputes efficiently.
- Enter invoices online for select customers and follow up on sales tax deductions.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and work in an office environment.
