Job Description & How to Apply Below

We are seeking an experienced Servicing Wealth Advisor to join a highly specialized and growing wealth management practice serving airline professionals and their families.

This opportunity offers the ability to step into an established client base, deliver sophisticated planning solutions, and play a meaningful role in the long‑term evolution of the firm.

This is a client service and relationship management role rather than business development. The successful candidate will inherit existing relationships, support incoming clients, and provide ongoing planning guidance, while having the opportunity to participate in business development initiatives over time if desired.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the lead advisor for existing client relationships, delivering a high‑touch and highly personalized client experience.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and families, serving as a trusted advisor across multiple areas of planning.
  • Provide comprehensive financial planning advice, including retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, Medicare and insurance planning, and wealth transfer considerations.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized financial plans designed to support long‑term objectives and evolving needs.
  • Deliver fiduciary advice and long‑term investment guidance, emphasizing strategic asset allocation and comprehensive wealth management.
  • Support the onboarding of new client relationships and ensure a seamless transition into the firm’s planning process.
  • Partner with internal resources and subject matter experts to provide coordinated advice and exceptional client service.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships through additional planning services and expanded engagement where appropriate.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice, including participation in prospective client discussions and relationship‑building efforts as desired.
  • Remain current on industry trends, financial planning strategies, tax considerations, and regulatory developments to ensure best‑in‑class client advice.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • CFP designation required. Additional professional designations such as EA, CPA, AEP, ChFC, or similar credentials are highly desirable.
  • 7–10 years of experience within wealth management, financial planning, or advisory services.
  • Demonstrated experience serving high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
  • Strong planning orientation with expertise across retirement income planning, estate planning, tax strategies, insurance planning, and wealth transfer concepts.
  • Experience leading client relationships and delivering comprehensive financial planning recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive within a less structured environment.
  • Commitment to fiduciary advice, client education, and long‑term relationship development.

This opportunity may appeal to experienced Associate Wealth Advisors, Senior Wealth Advisors, Lead Advisors, or CFP professionals seeking greater autonomy, leadership opportunities, and a clearer succession path.

Candidates who enjoy serving clients, delivering sophisticated planning advice, and building meaningful long‑term relationships without a heavy emphasis on sales activity will find this role particularly attractive.

COMPENSATION

Compensation is based on experience, consisting of base salary and incentive compensation, with the ability to increase as responsibilities and relationships expand.

Long‑term incentives may include profit sharing, phantom equity, employee ownership opportunities, partnership potential, or other forms of equity participation.
