The Global Commercial Finance Leader is the finance lead for orders, pricing, and commercial performance across the GC&FO portfolio. The role owns the monthly commercial story told to senior leadership — including the CFO and EC — translating inputs to outputs for orders and pricing data into a summary view on where the business is winning, where it is at risk, and what actions finance recommends.
This is a high‑visibility role that partners directly with regional CFOs, commercial leaders, and FP&A.
- Monthly commercial insights & executive reporting
- Orders, pipeline & vertical analytics
- Pricing & margin performance
- Forecasting, plan & LRP
- Business partnership & special projects, including sales incentive plan & quota support, seller productivity, pipeline management, and strategic accounts enablement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive FP&A or commercial finance experience.
- Demonstrated ability to translate large data sets (Sales Force, ERP, BI) into a clear executive narrative – comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with Power BI, and Sales Force.
- Experience leading monthly close commentary, AOP/LRP, and ad‑hoc executive requests under tight timelines.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $160,000-$190,000. This role offers a competitive bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
