Responsibilities
- Conduct credit assessments for new and existing customers
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow, leverage, and liquidity
- Approve or recommend credit limits and payment terms aligned with policy
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging risks
- Partner with Sales, Collections, and Operations on credit decisions and escalations
- Support order release decisions and resolve credit-related issues
- Mentor junior analysts and help standardize decision‑making practices
- Prepare reporting on exposure, trends, and portfolio performance
- Contribute to process improvements, reporting, and use of data analytics
- 5 to 8 years of credit analysis or financial risk experience
- Experience in energy, utilities, construction, or industrial environments preferred
- Strong experience managing complex or high‑exposure accounts
- Advanced financial analysis and credit risk evaluation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to make independent credit decisions
- Experience with Power BI highly preferred
- SAP or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
