Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst sits within the Corporate Finance FP&A team and will report to the Corporate FP&A Manager. You will provide value added financial analysis that is used across the FP&A organization and will provide support to functional partners. You will play a crucial role in the monthly financial analysis, quarterly forecast and earnings preparation process and will contribute to our annual budgeting process.

Your Responsibilities:

* Manage the segment allocation process, including preparation of the annual plan, quarterly forecasts and analysis of actuals and explanation of variances

* Oversee budgeting and review of important corporate finance assignments including Corporate and Other, interest, bad debt and others.

* Provide additional insight into results and support the quarterly earnings and AOP preparation process

* Develop EPM, SAP, FCC and other financial systems expertise

* Work on special projects as assigned by the Corporate Finance leadership team

* Provide ad-hoc enterprise analysis

The Essentials
- You Will Have:

* Bachelor's degree

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

* BS or BA in Accounting or Finance.

* CPA or MBA desirable

* Typically requires 5 years' experience in Finance or Accounting, within financial planning and analysis

* Working knowledge of SAP and Hyperion Financial Management

* Experience with US GAAP, income statement, and balance sheet

* Understand the business reasons for financial results

* Interpret large amounts of data and present financial concepts to important partners

* Willingness to flex work schedule to accommodate our needs and work across multiple time zones
