SummaryAs Lead Teller, you will coordinate branch activities, perform administrative duties, resolve issues, and proactively cross‑sell bank products and services. You will support and demonstrate the customer service standards set by North Shore Bank and act in a supervisory capacity in the absence of the Branch Manager. Some Lead Tellers may also serve as Area Lead Tellers, supporting multiple branch locations.
Responsibilities- Coordinate fixed branch activities and disseminate operational changes to staff.
- Serve customers professionally and efficiently through prompt handling of all teller functions.
- Ensure adherence to North Shore Bank customer service standards with internal and external customers.
- Answer questions from prospects or customers and maintain positive customer relations.
- Direct complex inquiries to appropriate employees and research solutions to customer questions concerning bank policy and procedures.
- Act as a supervisor in the absence of the Branch Manager.
- Support additional branch locations as an Area Lead Teller when assigned.
