The individual hired for this position will participate in rotations to learn the Teller, Personal Financial Officer, and Branch Operations Manager roles. These rotations will take place at different branch locations throughout Landmark’s operating area, and the individual is required to work weekdays and every other Saturday. Branch
Hours:
Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM;
Friday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM;
Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM.
Reports directly to the immediate department Supervisor along with the Vice President of Branch Sales and Service.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or working toward a degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
- Experience leading a team to achieve customer service and sales goals.
- Proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job, or ability to learn them.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position; compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
- Ability to adapt to change as the rotation dictates.
- Registration in the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS#) or the ability to obtain it.
- Observe experienced staff and gain knowledge on policies, procedures, methods, and standards required of the various departments.
- Achieve goals set by the department or branch during each rotation.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and knowledge growth from each rotation.
- Build banking relationships with members, offering financial products and services.
- Originate consumer loans within approval limits.
- Ensure members receive high‑quality, efficient, friendly, and professional service.
