As a Senior Banking Advisor within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Milwaukee, WI and St. Louis, MO. The position is primarily based at a PNC location, with responsibilities requiring time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.

Job Description- Identifies and provides guidance and advice on appropriate credit and cash management solutions for current and prospective high‑net‑worth clients as part of a broader Private Banking team. Leverages developed networks of internal and external clients to introduce and sell AMG banking products and services.
- Highly proficient at building relationships with internal and external partners, clients, and COIs. Makes day‑to‑day decisions in executing AMG banking transactions to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Highly proficient in the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non‑credit banking products and services. Manages and monitors book of business to ensure client satisfaction, client retention and expansion of sales revenue.
- Demonstrates advanced ability to analyze, evaluate, structure, and mitigate credit risk for the most complex credit requests by utilizing knowledge of advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
- Provides leadership and mentoring to members of the team; ensures compliance with current banking policies and regulations.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
