Regal Rexnord is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Milwaukee for a hybrid model, onsite at least 3 days per week with remote flexibility. You will partner with corporate function stakeholders to develop the operating plan, forecast monthly results, and translate data into insights to drive business decisions.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 5–7 years of progressive finance experience, with strong Excel skills and experience with Hyperion, One Stream, or similar tools.
