Job Description
Represent financial institutions and corporate borrowers in sophisticated commercial finance and lending transactions. Handle commercial lending and finance transactions. Draft and negotiate loan documentation.
Qualifications- Minimum 3+ years of Commercial Finance experience in a law firm.
- Experience handling commercial lending and finance transactions.
- Experience drafting and negotiating loan documentation.
- Knowledge of secured lending, UCC transactions, and credit facilities.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
Annual Salary: $175,000 - $280,000 USD
