Addison Group is partnering with a global, publicly traded manufacturing company to identify a Senior FP&A Manager to join its growing finance team.

This highly visible role supports a $300M business unit and partners with executive leadership to drive forecasting, financial planning, strategic analysis, and operational performance.

The Senior FP&A Manager will lead key planning processes, deliver actionable financial insights, and help improve reporting through automation and process enhancements. This position offers broad cross‑functional exposure and a strong opportunity for long‑term career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and planning activities.
  • Own the annual operating plan and long‑range strategic planning process.
  • Prepare financial models and executive analyses to support key business decisions.
  • Partner with plant finance teams to improve forecast accuracy and operational performance.
  • Lead SG&A forecasting, variance analysis, and cost management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product teams to drive business performance.
  • Analyze product, customer, and pricing profitability to support growth initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements through automation, reporting enhancements, and AI‑enabled tools.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and communicate with executive leadership.
  • Hands‑on, collaborative approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced Excel skills;
    Oracle, One Stream, or similar ERP/planning systems are a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, global organization.
