As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll work closely with Finance leadership and business partners to support the organization's financial health and long-term growth initiatives.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities
• Develop financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Partner with operational leaders to analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and executive-level presentations
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial and operational analysis
• Support pricing, profitability, and operational improvement initiatives
• Contribute to process improvements that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A functions

  ee in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ ye
  ars of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skillset
• Strong business partner

  lls with the ability to explain financial informat
  ion to non-financial audiences
• Experience working wi
  th ERP and financial planning systems

• Experience wi

  cle, Oracle PBCS, SmartV
  iew, Oracle Fusion
• Manufacturing, operational finance, healthcare, or nonprofit finance experience
• Power BI or other business intelligence reporting tools
• Process improvement or project leadership experience
• MBA or advanced degree highly preferred
