- Maintain, update, and administer the internal mutual fund application (Fund Source), ensuring accurate and timely data is available for customer processing and servicing
- Review and interpret fund literature to support routine audits and the setup of new mutual funds, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with operational standards
- Manage and update information for both standard and complex fund families, applying strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- Process and complete requests received through a shared team mailbox within required turnaround times (typically next business day), including:
- Uploading and organizing documentation
- Interpreting and entering fund data into systems
- Applying established department standards and controls
- Review, verify, and approve work completed by team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with procedures
- Effectively prioritize daily workload to meet established performance expectations and deadlines
- Lead and support projects focused on enhancing Fund Source, including adding new data and performing cross-fund audits
- Serve as a reviewer and contributor in maintaining and updating team procedures, work instructions, and tools
- Participate in initiatives that promote continuous improvement, operational risk awareness, and process efficiency
- Actively contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on employee engagement and high-quality service delivery
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- One to two years of direct experience, or three to five years of related experience
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Intermediate knowledge in the Mutual Fund Industry.
- Minimum of two years' experience in Mutual Fund Operations.
- Ability to research and analyze information.
- Established interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work as part of a project/team
- Experience with creating electronic files, converting documents to .pdf file formats, uploading documents and document scanning.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
