Investment Banking Specialist

In this high-impact position, you'll support the tracking and management of bank loan trades, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting that meet the highest standards of excellence. • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of experience in bank loan processing or loan administrative activities within the syndicated loan market
• Thorough knowledge of bank loan operational functions, systems, and procedures
• Moderate credit agreement interpretation and analytical skills
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of navigating various software platforms

• Basic knowledge of Wallstreet Office, SEI, Solvas, and CDO Suite
• Previous experience supporting internal and external client relationships
• Familiarity with reconciling account activity and managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment

• Degree in finance or a related discipline
• Experience in bank loan operations, especially within the syndicated loan market

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines
• Willingness to support client relationships with high levels of accuracy
• This role is 100% onsite

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $15.00 to $22.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
