Our client is seeking a motivated Entry‑Level Settlements Analyst to launch their career in the banking industry by joining a Settlements team of 12 based in Milwaukee, WI. Responsibilities include supporting non‑depository settlements for a diverse range of asset types and complexities, ensuring timely processing of transactions, reconciling internal DDA accounts, posting credits and debits for internal balancing daily, resolving exceptions, and communicating trade statuses across internal teams.
The role pays between $18–$19/hr.

- Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Business or Finance) or Two Years of equivalent experience in Finance
- Excel experience (filtering and sorting features and functions)
- Great communication, energy, and work ethic
- MS Access
- Excel (Pivot Table and V‑lookups)
- Basic understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients
- Ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s)
- Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills
- Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
