Associate Financial Advisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Financial Advisor located in Greater Milwaukee. The Associate Financial Advisor will be a part of all client meetings with the Lead Financial Advisor. They will focus on learning the financial advisor role, sending summaries of the financial meeting to the client, and any/all needed follow-up with the client to ensure their retirement, investment and tax planning success.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Financial Advisory skills
• Experience in finance and investments
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Series 65 is a plus, or must be obtained within 3 months of hire
• Wisconsin Life/Health insurance license is a plus, or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
• CFP(r) Certified Financial Planner designation is a plus, or holding a Financial Planning college certificate , or having started the CFP(r) coursework.
