p. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced finance leader who enjoys partnering with executive leadership, developing high-performing teams, and using financial insights to influence strategic business decisions.

This position combines traditional FP&A leadership with business partnership, operational finance, and long-range strategic planning, offering significant visibility across the organization.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Milwaukee, WI. Relocation assistance is not available.

As the Manager of FP&A, you'll lead a team of Financial Analysts while serving as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership across multiple service lines and corporate functions.

• Lead, coach, and develop an FP&A team supporting multiple business units
• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Develop financial models, business cases, pricing analyses, and operational recommendations
• Identify revenue growth opportunities, cost savings, and operational efficiencies through financial analysis
• Support strategic initiatives, capital planning, and corporate development activities
• Improve reporting, planning tools, and financial processes to enhance decision-making
• Collaborate across Finance and business operations to establish consistent planning methodologies and performance metrics
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Successful candidates will bring a combination of strategic finance experience, business partnership, and leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• MBA preferred
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Experience leading or developing finance professionals
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business case development experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive leaders through financial insights
• Experience supporting commercial, operational, or customer-facing organizations
• ERP reporting and advanced Excel skills required
• Healthcare, manufacturing, or other operationally complex industries preferred
