Role Summary

Drive growth by helping customers secure the right lending solutions while building long-term relationships. You will originate mortgage loans, guide applicants through the process from application through closing, in both refinance and purchase mortgages, and partner across teams to deliver a seamless experience. This role offers strong exposure to multiple business lines and opportunities to expand your lending expertise.

Key Accountabilities
  • Originate mortgage loan applications through inbound calls, referrals, and online channels

  • Conduct pre-qualification interviews and recommend appropriate loan solutions

  • Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and internal requirements

  • Manage mortgage loan pipelines and maintain consistent communication with customers and internal partners

  • Build relationships with prospects through follow-up to convert opportunities into funded loans

  • Achieve sales goals through outbound outreach, referrals, and multi-channel engagement

  • Partner with internal teams to cross-sell products and connect customers to the right solutions

  • Support team success by sharing expertise and contributing to process improvements

(This role pays a flat rate of $24 an hour + incentive opportunity)

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 2+ years of experience in consumer lending, loan origination, processing, or credit analysis

Preferred:

  • Experience in a multi-channel sales environment (branch, call center, or online)

  • Knowledge of lending regulations including ECOA, RESPA, and Regulation Z
