Senior Analyst Finance

Responsibilities

Kforce's client in the Downtown Milwaukee area is looking for a Financial Analyst. This role will provide budgeting, forecasting, business case and financial analytics leadership to support the company's overall financial health and growth strategies. This role will be responsible for financial planning and modeling, pro forma and business case development, data analytics and specialized projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline from an accredited college or university required
• MBA preferred
• Master's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in finance, financial operations, accounting and/or related field required
• Experience with financial systems preferred
• Ability to understand and communicate financial information clearly and concisely required
• Experience in a health care or manufacturing environment preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
