- Draft and negotiate credit agreements and financing documents.
- Manage transaction work streams and drive matters toward closing.
- Coordinate due diligence and specialist input.
- 3-5 years of energy project finance experience.
- Experience with tax credit transactions, including tax equity.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams in a collaborative environment.
JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications- Active Bar membership in good standing.
- Sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Large law firm experience preferred.
