Occasional in-office presence is required so candidates must be local to Milwaukee, WI or surrounding cities.

Compensation:

$150,000 - $200,000+ at plan earnings

Qualifications
  • Proven prior success in either insurance, investments, or both.
  • Experience in developing and implementing personalized financial plans tailored to clients' unique goals.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive financial assessments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using advanced financial tools and software to enhance client plan accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to foster a culture of innovation and learning.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development to expand expertise and better serve clients' needs.
