National Business Furniture (NBF) is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to join our Finance team in a hybrid role. You will manage customer accounts, resolve payment issues, and help ensure timely collections while collaborating with internal departments.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in AR/Collections, strong communication skills, and proficiency with AR processes, invoicing, and Office 365. Hybrid schedule includes in-office Tue–Thu and remote Mon & Fri.
