** The Executive Business Partner serves as an extension of senior firm leadership, providing high-impact executive enablement that directly supports business effectiveness, continuity, and decision-making. This role exercises substantial independent judgment in managing complex and shifting executive priorities, including the strategic allocation of leader time, assessment of competing demands, resolution of conflicts, and proactive identification of risks and emerging issues that may impact leadership effectiveness or business  this position, Executive Business Partners serve as a liaison between executives and key stakeholders across service lines, geographies, industries, and internal functions (ESO), supporting leadership priorities, initiatives and communications.
