Retirement Services Specialist - Onsite

10 is currently seeking a Retirement Services Specialist for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a long-term contract opportunity. This position is fully onsite.

This role supports a team focused on retirement disbursal services, executing complex solutions for financial advisors and their clients. The ideal candidate will analyze financial plans, manage servicing instructions, and prepare investment trades based on an internal retirement algorithm.

• Assist team in executing on solutions that meet the complex needs of sophisticated practices, advisors, and/or firms
• Analyze financial plans created by advisor teams to review the existing retirement strategy's ability to function appropriately within the workflow
• Set up and establish servicing instructions, analyzing daily cash changes and following up with advisor teams when distribution cash is lower than their desired level
• Assist in overseeing retirement algorithmic decisions using complex software when determining strategic client withdrawals
• Analyze and efficiently prepare proposed investment trades to be presented to the field advisor teams
• Work with advisor team members to answer questions, research retirement software questions, and follow-up on notifications
• Partner with internal teams to execute on processes and procedures
• Input and track client's retirement plan data and analyze numbers to communicate findings within the team and to leadership
• Produce quality reporting output in alignment with expectations, which may involve complex integrated analysis
• Participate in onboarding new advisor practices and continue to build the relationship over time
• Contribute input to create efficiency, scalability, and a higher level of service

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of financial services experience including brokerage and advisory investment platforms, products, and services
• Deep understanding of retirement service offerings and operational processes within the financial industry
• Experience or extensive knowledge of retirement planning, personal finance, tax preparation and financial operations
• Experience consulting to sophisticated advisors/practices with the ability to assess and understand how services and solutions may increase efficiencies
• Demonstrates impeccable accuracy, attention to detail, and data accuracy
• Experience with investment operations
• Ability to establish and manage repeatable operational processes as well as an ability to identify and implement process improvements
• High degree of self-motivation with leadership and initiative in sharing information and contributing towards group goals

• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), series 6 or 7 preferred
• Proficient in Envestnet and Next
  360 preferred
• Investment Advisory Experience
• Investment Regulatory Knowledge
