Full-Time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner - FHN Family Healthcare Center – Mount Carroll, IL

FHN is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our community healthcare system. This outpatient-only position pairs you with a highly experienced, board-certified Family Medicine physician with a long tenure at FHN and a deep understanding of the community. Be part of an integrated healthcare network, as you work alongside multiple specialties including Podiatry , Women's Health , and the Center for Wound Healing .

• Salary range: $121,529-$160,593 based on experience and qualifications
