MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility. This job is ON - SITE. This position is eligible for a $5K sign-on bonus! FTE: 0.7. Standard

1. Shift Details:
Monday-Friday, days and start times may vary. Start times will be between 730a-830a. Holidays: no holidays Weekends:
Saturday rotation 7a-1p one shift about every 6 weeks.
Job Summary:
Performs mammographic exams. Responsible for identifying and resolving issues related to images, equipment, and quality control. Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with medical / clinical staff, students, and patients.

- Works effectively and harmoniously with medical/clinical staff, students, and patients.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in performing mammography is preferred.
- Post high school completion of an ARRT approved program in Radiologic Technology is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of college/university and/or undergraduate degree in a radiologic technology or clinically related field is preferred.
- 40 hours of training specific to mammography is preferred.
- ARRT registered in Radiologic Technology (RTR) and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer required.
- Advanced certification through ARRT in ARRT-M is required within 12 months of hire.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
