Optional part-time/as needed with a weekend requirement
Acute Care Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist also participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Other duties as assigned.
EducationBachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
LicensureWisconsin state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
