As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in bringing smiles, hope, and expert support to children undergoing surgery. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting and have a passion for pediatric care, this is your chance to make a real difference one procedure at a time.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare for surgical procedures and assist with room turnover by arranging sterile set‑up of instruments, sponges, sutures, and other supplies required for specific surgical procedures according to surgeon preferences.
- Consult with the physician before the case to ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are ready. Assist with sponge and needle counts before, during, and after closing.
- Keep current with technical advancements and professional trends within the operating room setting.
- Must have completed a Surgical Technician program.
- New graduates and experienced Surgical Technologist's welcome to apply; pay based on experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
- Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to interact effectively with interdisciplinary health team members and consumers.
