- Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active Wisconsin RN License or Multi-State Compact License (NLC)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Clinical competency in orthopedic and/or trauma nursing
- Inpatient acute care nursing experience preferred
