Position:
Independent Contractor - Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Follow physician‑prescribed plans to support patient progress
- Update and modify care plans as needed
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality services
- Provide compassionate, personalized therapy to patients at home
- $60 per visit
- Flexible scheduling
- Supportive, team‑oriented environment
- Meaningful one‑on‑one patient care
- Referral program
- Wisconsin Speech Language Pathologist license (required)
- Master’s degree and at least 1 year of supervised experience
- ASHA certification and membership
- Ability to work independently with initiative
