MILWAUKEE at our Froedtert Hospital facility.

On-site. Full-time equivalent 0.5. Standard hours 20. Shift
1. Early 11AM to 8PM. Fridays and Saturdays required. Rotating holidays. Weekends alternating Saturday or Sunday.

Provides direct one-on-one customer service for meal fulfillment from patients, nurses, and other disciplines. Has in-depth understanding of diet and nutrient restrictions to ensure accurate and compliant meals maintain integrity of diet order. Communicates between healthcare disciplines for diet order verification, problem solving in Epic and CBORD. Responsible for data analytics to ensure patient safety processes are met. Requires ability to meet all five hospital entities without error to ensure meal order accuracy and fulfillment.

Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare food service or customer service, including computer applications in customer service, food service, or call center. Knowledge of nutrition through coursework or experience preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Post high school education preferred.

Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner.
