The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) Sr delivers an exceptional patient experience for "front of house"/patient facing needs. Proactively greets patients and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly patient experience. Provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone. Under general supervision, supports operations of the clinic for organization and productivity in collaboration with leadership.
ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of prior receptionist/clerical experience or comparable education and training experience is required. A minimum of 3 years of prior informal or formal leadership experience preferred. Experience in a medical/healthcare setting is preferred.
EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Special SkillsEffective communication skills, oral and written required. Ability to multi-task. Strong proactive organizational skills a must. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and Epic Care is preferred.
