Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee
Location: Milwaukee, WI 53206
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Job Type: Part‑time
Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Caregiver to provide in‑home care for a client in Milwaukee. This position requires hands‑on personal care experience and the ability to follow a structured care plan while maintaining the client’s safety, dignity, and comfort.
Responsibilities- Assist with bathing and showering
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with dressing and personal grooming
- Provide incontinence care
- Safely operate and assist with Hoyer lift transfers
- Prepare simple meals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Assist with grocery shopping
- Help maintain a safe home environment
- Schedule appointments with physicians and laboratories
- Previous caregiving experience required
- Experience with Hoyer lift transfers
- Ability to provide incontinence care
- Must have a valid driver’s license and insured automobile
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
- Able to follow a care plan and communicate effectively
