Job Summary:
Works with other members of the Spiritual Services staff to provide spiritual care to patients, visitors and the health care staff of Froedtert Health.
EXPERIENCE
DESCRIPTION:
At least one year of chaplaincy experience is preferred.
EDUCATION
DESCRIPTION:
Completion of an undergraduate degree (Bachelor's) from a college, university, or theological school accredited by a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
A graduate-level (Master's) theological degree from a college, university or theological school accredited by a member of the CHEA. Certification as a Chaplain by one of the four certifying bodies may be accepted in lieu of graduate-level degree.

TRAINING
DESCRIPTION:
Satisfactory completion of four units of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE), the National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC), or its equivalent.
Documentation of current endorsement or of good standing in accordance with the requirements of his/her own faith/spiritual tradition is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS
DESCRIPTION:
Ecclesiastical endorsement by a faith group is preferred.
LICENSURE
DESCRIPTION:
Certification as a Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) in with the Association of Professional Chaplains, the National Association of Catholic Chaplains, Neshama:
Association of Jewish Chaplains or Spiritual Care Association within three years of hire.
