The Research Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting research activities for participants living with HIV and at risk for HIV within our organization. This position involves coordinating and managing various aspects of research studies under the guidance of Research Leadership and principal investigator(s) and in adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to advancements in medical and social sciences research and make a meaningful impact on the delivery of healthcare and community services for a diverse patient population.

- Coordinate all aspects of research studies, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and data collection.
- Ensure strict adherence to research protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement participant recruitment strategies, ensuring eligible individuals' enrollment in research studies.
- Facilitate the informed consent process, ensuring participants fully understand the study procedures, risks, and benefits.
- Oversee the collection, recording, and management of research data, maintaining accuracy and integrity.
- Collect biospecimens (e.g. blood, saliva, etc.), administer injections, and/or conduct rapid sexually transmitted infection testing with research participants.
- Collaborate with principal investigators, research staff, and external partners to facilitate smooth study operations.
- Monitor and track study progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the research protocol.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of research data.
- Prepare regular progress reports, contribute to manuscripts, and assist in the dissemination of research findings.
- Perform any and all other duties assigned by the supervisor.
