Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Valid nursing degree from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements: BLS (American Heart), NRP, Active Wisconsin RN or Compact license
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of level III NICU experience
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, strong resilience, excellent communication skills, ability to manage change effectively

- Provide specialized NICU nursing care to neonatal patients in accordance with hospital protocols and standards
- Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and implement necessary interventions during night shifts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and seamless communication
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately within EPIC charting system
- Float to additional units such as Mom/Baby and other hospital departments as needed, maintaining high-quality care
