The Chaplain position provides pastoral care and counseling to hospice A patients and their families. As an integral member of our hospice team, A the Chaplain provides skilled services including, but not limited to: A assessments, treatments and health teaching. Help our patients and theirA families navigate the transition into hospice care with wholeness, A dignity and self-determination in the dying process.

We are seeking a Chaplain for a full-time opportunity. A Schedule will be 1st shift Monday-Friday, with an on-call rotation of holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications include:
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college, university, or divinity school. Master's Degree preferred.
  • Must be ordained, credentialed, or commissioned from a recognized organization such as the American College of Chaplains, comparable certification organization, or recognized religious sect.
  • Minimum 3 years of spiritual/pastoral care experience with at least 1 year of supervised experience in a medical, educational, or divinity setting.
  • Must obtain at least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (A.C.P.E.) within six months of employment or equivalency.
  • Computer proficiency essential.
  • Ideal candidates will possess previous hospice/grief experience.
  • This position will travel regularly and requires a reliable vehicle, WI driver's license, and proof of current auto insurance.
