Chiropractor Position at Spine Care Program
The Spine Care Program at the Medical College of Wisconsin is excited to add a new Chiropractor, with an Assistant Faculty appointment in the Department of Neurosurgery, to its multi-disciplinary health care team of neurological and orthopaedic surgeons, physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists, neurologists, pain psychologists, spine-trained nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and physical and occupational therapists.
In this role as Chiropractor, you will apply diagnostic skills to patient treatment plans and work to meet the Spine program/service line goals. Interpersonal skills are essential and a desire to work in a highly collaborative environment. You will participate in the clinical operations of the Spine Care Program, fulfilling a patient schedule of at least 36 hours per week.
Spine Care has always been ahead of the curve. Established in 1995, Spine Care was the first clinic of its type in the region, and we're proud to be part of Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin, which is recognized for exceptional physicians, research leadership, specialty expertise and state-of-the-art treatments and technology. Spine Care is an outpatient clinic built around the patient.
Our goal is to meet patient needs with a transdisciplinary team of back and neck experts all working together to give patients one-stop-shop convenience. This "team-of-specialists" approach allows us to rapidly see patients with spine problems from the common to the most complex, through our four locations – Menomonee Falls, Mequon, Oak Creek, and Wauwatosa – to make it easy to deliver care.
This position will report to the Director of Chiropractic at MCW and is responsible for other duties as assigned by the Chair or Chair-Designate.
The MCW Department of Neurosurgery advances the field of neurological surgery through world-class adult and pediatric clinical care, groundbreaking research, and innovative education.
