As a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring high-quality care and services to our residents. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, implementing policies and procedures that align with our mission and values. This is a Full Time opportunity that requires a dynamic and compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care.

• Oversee facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols that promote a safe and efficient work environment

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

• Monitor and report on facility performance metrics, including resident satisfaction, quality of care, and financial performance

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and accreditation standards

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  
  Experience:
  
  Minimum 5+ years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting. Licensure:
  Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in the state of Wisconsin.
