Role SummaryWe’re hiring a full-time, onsite Nephrologist to deliver 100% nephrology care across the Milwaukee Area. You’ll manage outpatient and inpatient renal care, coordinate with a 13-physician team and four advanced practitioners, and support a practice known locally for quality kidney care.
- Evaluate and treat CKD and other renal conditions in clinic, hospital, and dialysis settings
- Coordinate care plans with referring providers and the broader care team
- Provide call coverage in a 1:4 rotation
- Maintain timely documentation and patient follow-up
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine and Nephrology
- New graduates and experienced nephrologists welcome

Your day as a Nephrologist rotates between clinic visits, dialysis coverage, and hospital rounding. You’ll work from one of four regional offices and shift into the hospital setting as needed, with an established group available for quick consults and coordination throughout the day. Documentation and follow-ups are handled in planned blocks, and the pace reflects steady volume with ongoing growth. Some weeks include call as part of a 1:4 rotation.

We are a busy practice of thirteen nephrologists and four advanced practitioners with four regional offices. Due to an upcoming retirement, we are seeking a nephrologist to join us. As a whole our practice has an exceptionally large CKD and ESRD patient base (upwards of 1300 ESRD patients). With four regional offices, hospital, and dialysis centers coverage is divided to ensure a positive balance for our care team.
Our physicians have full autonomy over their schedules.
Our practice has been providing nephrology services to the Milwaukee community for many years and has a strong reputation for quality patient outcomes. We have an excellent relationship with the referring physicians in the area for this same reason.
