Medical Science Liaison, Caplyta - Lakes; IL​/WI

Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Neuroscience for Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division, focusing on CAPLYTA in the Great Lakes (Illinois and Wisconsin) territory.

Fostering scientific exchange, building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and supporting scientific education in brain health disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and schizophrenia.

• Developing territory engagement plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies.
• Delivering objective scientific data.
• Facilitating investigator-initiated studies.
• Providing clinical support.
• Capturing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance.
• Supporting internal and external scientific activities.
• Staying abreast of disease landscape trends.

• Doctorate (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent) with postgraduate clinical or research experience.
• Preferably with 2+ years in an MSL role and therapeutic area expertise.
• Board certifications, residency/fellowship backgrounds, and commitment to emerging technologies.
• Scientific acumen, data analysis, cross‑functional collaboration, and proficiency with AI tools.

Travel of up to 70% within the territory and for conferences is expected. Position involves collaboration with Medical Affairs, Research & Development, Clinical Operations, and external healthcare professionals, with a focus on ethical, compliant scientific engagement.
