Clubs supervisors ensure that the clubs department is run smoothly. They communicate with the clubs manager daily on what needed during each shift.

• Oversee any clubs team members in clubs during events, helping them with anything they may need.
• Give breaks to all team members that want a break.
• Work with the team on setting up buffet tables on time, maintaining them throughout the event, and taking them down.
• Communicate with the culinary team in their space each day.
• Communicate with the clubs manager on any product needs for club spaces.
• Ensure everything is left clean, dated, organized, and locked as needed; turn in all paperwork and recaps to clubs manager at the end of the night.
